Augusta National
Bobby Jones and Alister MacKenzie design of 1933, home of the Masters
Overview
Augusta National hosts the Masters each April, the only major played on the same course every year. Amen Corner, the 13th and 14th holes by Rae Creek, decides championships. The course was built on a nursery site and opened for play in 1933. Gene Sarazen, Sam Snead, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Tom Watson and Nick Faldo all won here, and Jack Nicklaus leads with six green jackets.
