Overview
Robert Trent Jones Sr designed Hazeltine National near Minneapolis, opening it in 1962. Tony Jacklin won the 1970 US Open there by seven shots and Payne Stewart won in 1991. Y E Yang beat Tiger Woods at the 2009 PGA Championship, the first major won by an Asian born man, and the United States won the 2016 Ryder Cup on the course.
