Sand Hills
Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw design of 1995 in the Nebraska dunes
Overview
Sand Hills was built with almost no earth moved, a minimalism manifesto on 13,000 remote acres of Nebraska grass covered hills. It changed how architects think about routing and restraint. It is walking only and famously hard to reach, and worth every mile.
