Shadow Creek
Tom Fazio design of 1989 built from desert flatland north of Las Vegas
Overview
Shadow Creek was carved from empty Nevada desert into a lush fantasy of pines, streams and hills, costing estimates near 60 million dollars. It began as the private playground of casino owner Steve Wynn and his guests. It now allows limited public play at some of the highest green fees in golf.
